Sticking to Commitments

I really didn’t sleep last night and neither did my daughter.

The chance of tired tears later this afternoon are high.

But you know what?

I’ve still done my daily list of work related non-negotiables.

I made a commitment to myself that these things would be done no matter what and I’ve kept to that commitment.

Sticking to the commitments you make to yourself strengthens your self-trust muscle.

And like any intentional habit, the more you do them the easier they become to do.
