One of the main reasons for writing my book, Habits for Happiness, is because for me, creating peace and happiness in my life when it had completely fallen apart, (I’d lost my business, I’d nearly lost my life, and I’d lost my husband – it’s ok he didn’t die, he just left us) taught me that I had the power to change my circumstances and contributed to me still being here now and not slowly starving to death as was the prognosis.
