One of the main reasons for writing Habits for Happiness, is because creating peace and happiness in my life when it had completely fallen apart taught me that I had the power to change my circumstances.

18 months after winning a prestigious Precious Business Award I developed an “incurable” digestive disorder that lasted for five years before being cured by a chiropractor.

I lost my business, I nearly lost my life, and I lost my husband, (it’s ok he didn’t die, he just left us and moved away) but using the habits, tools and techniques in these pages I found the peace of mind and happiness to live a joy-filled, abundant and fulfilling life.
